If you remove Darkion you can do a book on the Ubermachien and the villains created by them, along with Professor Pomegranate.

Humm...Darkon would be a good issue to put stats for both Blonde Bombshell and Professor Pomegranate, both who never had stats written up for.

Then again it wouldn't actually be a Forgotten Enemies then, would it.

Sparkler. Considering the entire everything happening in Mexico and South America, and especially Mexico, you can do a lot with her. You can do a section about using her in a more political way, or a more standard way.

Lady Lace 1: Operating from just before WW2 to about 1953. She basically has a web gun, and her wits.

Lady Lace 2: Operates from 1964 to 1983. Started with the web gun, but modified it over the years, maki g it smaller and more versatile.

Lady Lace 3: Ooerated from 1987 till 1993. Was a martial artist who wore not a lot of clothes but had pockets in what she had. Carried a few noted weapons (like spider shaped shuriken).

Lady Lace 4: The current one. Found the plans of LL2's gun and a stash of LL3's weapons and tries to mix it up a bit. Is not a grim avenger type LL3 was. (Hey, it was all the trend in the 90's).

She doesn't exactly have a secret identity, but the world doesn't exactly know she exists more than being a generic female thief (at least in the show).

Well, not my hood, 'cuz they're pretty chipper for spirits from my dark, postapocalyptic future, where there is only Muppet Christmas Carol. Should I say "dark"? It's pretty loaded. I mean, it's okay for me to say it, but. . . Anyway, we should probably find out how to avoid whatever apocalypse is about to happen this time. And then fix it with SCIENCE!"

Well, yes. That is an advantage of a special effect based game. Any attack can be changed into a mental attack with the right advantages. And similar to movement, defense, and other powers. So should a VVP actually take a disadvantage to limit a VVP by special effects? Well, that depends on the work between the player and the game master.

It should be noted that Tiger used The Fox Of Crime as a new member of CLOWN. If your GM decides to use Tiger's revival of the group, then you got to deal with CLOWN as well as GRAB. Of course, your GM might decide that that Fox Of Crime is actually one of the original Fox's children (this, The Fox Of Crime Junior).
It's possible. Women love men who make them laugh after all...
