  1. Speaking for all goat humping reprobates, may I say that we feel strangely ambivalent towards finally being noticed.
  2. The "Pit and the Penguin" or maybe "The Penguin and the Pendulum"? I can see that.
  3. Unless you've got a dog or cat. Then the first line should be about removing the devils spawn from the food prep area.
  4. My hair only grows outward but my eyes are both green and grey. Discuss
  5. I think Google should get a DNA check, too many of us are old enough to be its grandfather and I'm pretty sure we all got up to disreputable things in our youth... There can only be One!
  6. Don't fret, I could be its Great Grandad... I'll just Ask Jeeves to check on that.
  7. After considerations, any story involving the successors of British Rail must be considered Horror stories.
  8. Does anybody care how hard the rest of us work to make tkdguy look good?
  9. Reading? I know nothing of any incidents that may or may not have occurred in or around any area which borders Reading. Honest guv.
  10. Arrived in Paris yesterday on a flight from Rome. Romans are hand gedturez and loud voices all the time, Parisians are dead quiet and back until I opened my Englush mouth... Yep, 2,500 years of fighting gives you great cultural memes.
  11. Sitting, waiting for an airplane, wondering if there is an "airport space" like library or hotel space. Too many doors that appear to go nowhere.
  12. The full hotels, bed & breakfasts Etal are good. The overfull roads are not. The roads are still as they were in the 70's, the vehicles bigger. Driving was a pain. Otherwise, you are right.
  13. I was going to blame the Bay city Rollers or Possibly the Osmonds. But I take your point.
  14. I'm told that no snowflake is like any other snowflake. The quality control and shape mapping, testing and record keeping must be amazing.
  15. And does the prophecy covers gerbils? Asking for a friend.
  16. With the death of Stienman, I have the Streets of Fire OST album running on my phone as I bus to the constructiom site.
  17. Ahhh, Diane Lane. What a stunner.
  18. RIP indeed. I'd also look at "Streets of Fire", an under rated but cult movie yhat has his finger prints all over it.
  19. I think he sold the name and became a hermit somewhere in the Yukon.
  20. Sitting in an Atyrau cafe ( Latte Rosa ) listening to an old Russian playing random tunes on a piano. Hot chocolate with marshmallows... very mellow.
  21. A band called Crystal Method - current track is called 'Murder'. I found them when they did the sound track for the TV series 'Banshee'.
  22. BD where are you amigo? we're hoping you're kicking its ass, but we could do with a half time score report.
  23. Badger has, to my knowledge, never actually shaved a badger, he did slathere one in 'Veet' and then tried to peal it. AS I recall it took 5 hours stay in the ER, a week of bed rest and 3 months of counselling to get over what happened. But, back at the topic. RIP to The Man Who Would Be King.
  24. Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells 1, 2 and 3, they're just going round and round...
  25. Bailed out of Kazakhstan in March as the country went into lockdown. But I couldn't get home to Thailand as they'd already closed the borders. So the last 4 months have been spent with my sister and her family in England...

I no longer see any humour in the situation.
