It is a little hard to comment without knowing your campaign's power range. However, here are a few initial thoughts. As built, the Force Wall grenades will only last 1 Phase. You may want to reduce the Limitation so that they can last for a longer period of time. At the 5 PD/5 ED level, they are not going to provide much protection against 12d6 EB attacks.
Would there be a time when the character would not have the armor active in that very large multipower? If not, you may want to buy the armor outside of the multipower and reduce the overall size of the multipower.
If you can find the points, some range levels for the EB would be very helpful. The OAF nature of the END Battery is a glaring vulnerability. If someone pulls it out, there goes the END for the EB.
