  1. Thanks @Lord Liaden I did a search for it before I created mine, but found nothing, so went ahead and made my own.

The Westerlands calendar for the year 5000SE. Based on the description and information provided in the Turakian Age sourcebook. I had been looking around for one but in the end created my own. Including: Holy Days and Wyretha (the 6th Holy Day) Moon cycle showing Full & New moons * Months names are colour coded for the seasons. As mentioned on the calendar the Holy Days divide the year into 5 parts. When a year is divided like this a single part is usually referred to as a "Quinary" (plural is Quinaries). I imagine that having these divides in the year would be something that the populus might make use of. * included for "The Druids" given the entry on p.206 under Almandre; Obviously the following years will need new calendars in order to show the correct moon cycle given the Wyretha at the end of the year on every fourth year.
  3. Late to the party but... absolutely. Just (today) uploaded a Ambrethel world map in colour that might interest folk.
  4. Quite some time ago I shared a number of the original maps from the Turakian Age book. Due to RL and other issues I was unable to continue working on them. I am now back to the Turakian Age and have, today, uploaded a colour version of the world map of Ambrethel. I myself have printed this on a decent home printer as a A3 poster and it looks good. It is 1600x1200. I am not the creator of these, but the creator was kind enough to pass on to me the various images/files he had a number of years back so I could use/share them on the HERO forums. I hope to have more converted in time. [Download links for others: Black & White World Map - other map files]

A colour version of the world map - this is as high a resolution as I have.
  6. As the GM mentioned in MrAgdesh's original post... yep, that worked.
  7. and the source files cannot be uploaded at this time as I have a problem uploading them; http://www.herogames.com/forums/topic/92937-unable-to-upload-to-download-section/

  9. Version 1

    103 downloads

A black/white world map - this is as high a resolution as I have. I have been working on overlaying the colour versions of the map but the scales are different - perhaps the source files will be able to allow someone to do this - I don't have Adobe Illustrator nor Photoshop.
  10. Here is a link to the first batch in the downloads; http://www.herogames.com/forums/files/file/324-turakian-age-maps-1/
  11. Version 1

    83 downloads

This is a zip of the TIF files used in the book itself.
  12. It has and things did need doing, though due to external commitments I have not be able to do anything with them, nor visit herogames forums, or much really. My apologies, I will post them as I received them.
  13. How easy would it be to take the 6E stuff back to 5E? Also, would you mind posting a teaser page or two of the PDF (in downloads) - I'd like to see how the cybernetics are being built. Another thought, perhaps posting a character or two in the downloads (for HD) could be a way to showcase the sort of overall stereotypical characters you'd expect for the genre book.
  14. Not forgotten, problems accessing the HERO website - all fixed now thanks to Jason.
  15. Several from the pages of Pulp Fiction: The Villains & Pulp Fiction : The Crimefighters Not to mention a couple of Black Mask and a Lone Ranger tale I came across.
  16. I have used Boston and a few others in Maine and/or New England - nice for a little Horror Pulp. Paris is good, as is Venice.
  17. So, is there a digital of the 4th Ed version, or only hardcopy. Anyone seen either, recently? I understand that the way cybernetics are handled is worth a look.
  18. Hi Guys, post new baby I am back on the scene. This is high on my 'to do' list and I will get them sorted asap.
  19. I don't print the whole PDF, just certain pages. It has been handy for background and package deals to provide handouts for players. Yes, Michael, it is prohibitive - unless you are running of 20+ copies.
  20. Found two, and bought for me and a friend.
