has anyone done a dark millenium conversion? I dont care for the dark heresy rules.

Re: Is this standalone? yep, all you need is the Diet Hero book (basic). BUT, I can't recommend the core books enough. It would be better to buy the bundle though as you get a $10 discount. think about it, with Herosys, you get over 800 pages for approx $70. with other publishers, (Paizo, Fantasy Flight, and mongoose to name a few) you get around 3-500 pages for about $50. numbers don't lie, this is an opportunity to take the easy way out and be a hero.

SOOOOOOOOO, since the Hero Artist's Guild is pretty much dead I need a new outlet for my biggest vice, drawing. While I am no Storn Cook (hell MisterAdam for that matter), I consider myself to be a pencil-jock of some skill. even though I mainly use ink:p. Most of these characters will be for my Champions project "The Touched". It's going to be a Supers origin type story. As the character roster is still in developement, there are some slots available. the first character, Holocaust, will be drawn and posted soon. cheers.

Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects well, for starters I think i'll 1.) finally get back to designing my game world for FH. 2.) help get the drawing guild up and running again(you know who you are!). 3.) and finally start a "I draw,you build" thread. oh I would like to play champs as well. so anyone in the Tacoma, WA area hit me up.

well, I finally made the jump from 5ER to 6E. wow, I mean it just wow. the new HERO is way beyond what I had hoped for. the new layout is very user friendly. even some of my friends who thought the rules were too cumbersome now want to play,based on book layout alone! they also love the fact that there is one book that focuses solely on character creation. good job on making the best even better! P.S. I also like the new DIET HERO book(basic).
