DeWayne Johnson,  the 12th Man, former American Football player, drummed out of the league for continual use of illegal and experimental drugs to enhance his performance.  Later, the chemical cocktails activated a natural mutation, allowing him to produce 11 duplicates at will.  Each formidable - stronger and faster than normal human standards - together the 'dirty dozen' are able to blitz, bloody and bruise nearly anyone into the turf.  DeWayne has often hired himself out as 'minion muscle' to wealthy supervillains, but is now looking to be a major player himself.

Whoa - so horrendously hideous it almost works!  And who knew standardized tests have their own covert cheating enforcers?

Definitely seems influenced by the Spidey villain Scorpion.   As suggested, could be a good adversary for a new group - The Return of Dr. Draconis has a nice ring to it as an adventure title!

I would say that's primarily up to the Final Four; the rest of us don't have much to do except hit vote buttons, switch vote buttons, post snarky remarks, hold out points as carrots, and otherwise make their lives a living Hades.

I will say we seem to get more fan participation on weekdays, though.

Those agents are practically Navy SEALS compared to the original SAT.

As a matter of fact, I played with the data a lot last night and decided I will be giving out a few awards. I know BB has one coming

This is nothing new to say (in fact is blindingly obvious), but I can only imagine that SW and M&M outsell Hero in the superhero (and other) arenas due to the graphics and layout.  I own products from all three lines, and M&M in particular simply drips superheroic action on every page, with visually interesting characters and use of color layout to make the reading easy on the eyes.   I know in my heart it is not as good a system, but the bells and whistles get me enthused  to play a supers rpg on a weird, instinctual level.  Don't get me wrong, the 6ed books were a step in the right direction with quality color art, but Green Ronin has taken it up a notch or two.  If we could just mix their chocolate with Hero's peanut butter. . . .

[uugh] I always hated Friends.  Wouldn't Seinfeld or Big Bang Theory be more apropos?

Unseen but a few degrees to the left is my collection of superhero chess pieces; I may inflict some of those on the board as we progress to the finals.

If anybody got 100% of these, a) I am in awe and b )  you really need to wipe your brain's hard drive and fill it with something useful!

I hope everyone enjoyed the day.  I'm afraid my mother passed away unexpectedly many years ago but I cherish her memory.  I also got a new puppy today - Winky the smartest terrier/chihuahua/dalmation mix (?) on the planet!

I think the green is a lot spiffier, actually.  Those shoulder pads are a definite rip-, er, homage to, Judge Dredd.

With that list of tutors, I would be tempted to hand him the keys to the planet!  Certainly more interesting than the typical - 'I am best suited to rule. . . just because!' we usually get from the megalomaniac set.
