One of my players wants an attack that cannot be healed with regeneration or outside sources (natural healing only). I was thinking of a suppress vs healing (0 End,continuous) powers linked to the attack. Any other ideas?

Did Genocide stand for anything? I can't remember.

Just a simple questiopn that has been bugging me for a while. If a target is Drained to Negitive total Body are they dead or will they "come alive" when the BODY loss is regained.
