Anaximander reacted to zslane in DC Movies- if at first you don't succeed...
Disney/Marvel enjoys the benefit of being run by a comics superfan (Kevin Feige). DC had Geoff Johns in a similar role, but he isn't nearly as business savvy as Feige, nor does he seem to have the vision necessary to architect a shared universe franchise on the scale of the MCU. Moreover, WB/DC lacked the patience to grow their shared universe slowly and organically, and in their rush to be competitive with the MCU, they imploded creatively and organizationally.

Anaximander got a reaction from Lee in Determining whether or not an NPC is lying
Knowing the truth is the best way to tell a lie if the liar is telling lies in regards to a particular subject; so, in some instances, background skills like Professional Skills, Science Skills or Knowledge Skills could be substituted. As someone who would have PS: Computer Technician in real life, I can often tell if someone claiming to be a technician is really a technician or just reading scripts and tossing out technical terms just to sound smart.

Anaximander reacted to steriaca in "LXG" Master Villains Needed.
There is already a Dr. Moreau in the Champions Universe, the original's grandnephew.
As for the original...ask the Keeper of the Law. Just keep away from The House Of Pain.

Anaximander got a reaction from Steve in Foswell Syndrome
Technically, since your game universe is its own alternate universe, naming conventions of our real universe need not necessarily apply.

Anaximander reacted to ghost-angel in Things not covered/addressed in Hero
Precog doesn't need to be addressed, it already is. Players who have poor reading comprehension and skewed expectations is not really something the rules can address... that's the GMs job.
RE the Money Perk, it's addressed well enough. What isn't addressed is in any given Setting Book there's little or no space dedicated to translating that Perk into a meaningful number for the game at hand.

Anaximander got a reaction from Hyper-Man in Need More HERO
For me, I am lucky if I get to play in any game I would like to buy; so, I have owned a lot system and a lot supplements to those systems that I have never played. I live in a small city in northeast Oklahoma. There just aren't that many people who play RPGs around here and many of those who do aren't into what I am into.

And you know what they say about bombs--some days you just can't get rid of them.
