I'm confused in regards to two weapon fighting. As I understand it, the skill takes away the first -2 the character would otherwise suffer during a multi-attack. For this benefit, the character pays ten points and ideally needs two weapons. ​Am I missing a benefit to the skill? Buying two penalty skill levels to offset OCV penalties against all attacks would cost six points. Wouldn't doing this also negate the first -2 the character would suffer for performing a multi-attack? Again, maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like the two approaches do the same thing, at least mechanically. It's just that one costs six points while the other costs ten.
