  1. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Miss Smith, you've got to help me. Some creepy bum in a tacky striped suit crashed my study date and 'poofed' the cute astronomer to parts unknown. Now I can't get rid of the creep. Any suggestions? A: About a hundred different gems, a couple paintings, and a baseball.
  2. Re: Your character's pet peeve(s) Luna Moth: Her two roommates (especially the crazy, Luna-Moth-adoring fan,) anyone who compares her to Foxbat, trigger-happy maniacs, and Super-heroic conspiracy nutjobs. Flying Kittens: Anyone who looks down on them because they're 9. - Trisk: Mushy, girly stuff (romances, kisses, etc.) - Blackie: Trisk playing with her dolls, evil eye wards. - Midnight: Trisk or Blackie playing with her models.
  3. Re: That Autograph Isn't Mine! Luna Moth: If the copycat's her crazy adoring fan of a roommate, she'd sigh and get ready to bail the poor girl out of jail... again. If it's anyone else; she'd let them get arrested then steal the wig right off their head, in costume and in front of everyone.
  4. Re: Approved by the Comics Code Authority The Flying Kittens might get by with only a few tweeks to their background, mostly to their family and their pre-hero contacts. (Their flying teacher was Luna Moth -below- and both of their parents were supervillains.) Luna Moth, on the other hand, outright violates the first four articles with her modus operandi, and I'm not certain if there would be a problem with the nature of her curse. (Kaitou-class master thief with a slow-acting petrification curse on her. She figured out how to delay the transformation until she can retrieve the pieces of the cure's catalyst, but one dose only lasts a lunar cycle. The palm of her left hand already has a marbled appearance after one close call.)
  5. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Mr. Hawk, why do you have Bugs, Daffy, Foghorn, Sylvester, and Rover tied to a tree? A: Tha- That ain't no little birdie!!!
  6. Re: WWYCD: Tee Vee Comes to Town Worse case scenario for my characters - #6 Luna Moth finds herself in the role of the mastermind (after Tee Vee complains that her style is all bark and no bite) whose secret lair was infiltrated by the Flying Kittens, in the role of the heroic agents (as there's no love interest to fill the third spot). Her first order; have the triplets captured, preferably alive and mobile. Trisk wakes up to sight of his parents' latest creation, and has to be reminded by his sisters that their target is Lady Stoneclaw (aka Luna Moth). He'd play along until he finds out who's playing the foul Lady. Upon finding and confirming the other aware and unwilling actor, both Luna and Trisk will do everything they can to sabotage the 'show' with seriously harming anyone. The doomsday weapon would lose several vital components, the most lethal weapons left in the base are Nerf dart guns, and the computer network is infected with a virus that locks out control access for everyone except Trisk and Luna Moth. Eventually the pair will stumble on the 'do nothing' solution. They'd then use the ventilation system to knock out the rest of the base, drag the remaining Kittens into 'Stoneclaw's' private chambers, and settle in for a long wait.
  7. Re: WWYCD #124 or so:Peace on Earth Luna Moth: would either be having a long discussion with her father about her career choice, or glaring at the Morbane that got her in this mess, according to Luna's perspective. The Flying Kittens: Will finally get to spend a whole day with their parents without any interruptions.
  8. Re: Good Luck, Superchuck Flying Kittens: Currently too young to get laid. (The first manifestations of phenomenon may show up six or seven years later though.) Luna Moth: is freaked out and becomes celibate.
  9. Re: Help Me Populate A Creepy Hotel Variant V - The heads slowly become recognizably human ... and the regulars become distinctively inhuman, though no one outside the group seems to notice. And as soon as one of the characters recognizes one of the faces and turns away, they all revert to normal, except for the group of cloaked figures in that dark corner.
  10. Re: Who's Who on the Champions Online forums? And I snagged 'Amber_Nytstar'.
  11. Re: What happens in Vegas... Flying Kittens: Wouldn't barge in, but also wouldn't be as careful about using his heroic name as they normally would be. Until, that is, someone realizes that Kittens were the trio of kids that leaped off of a roller coaster at around the same time the robbery occurred.
  12. Re: Debriefing Flying Kittens: They're nine. Not a chance. Luna Moth: 19, bi-curious, and is a highly infamous, and currently unreformed, phantom thief. I don't know if 3 would approach her, but Luna would most likely accept the invitation.
  13. Re: WWYCD: My Good Enemy The Flying Kittens: Have a little quandary as their recurring enemies are all old enough to be their parents (and two of them are the Kittens' parents). So, for the evidence to make sense, the new kid would have to be either a) a future sibling, the grandchild of one of the other villains, or c) the child of a villain the Kittens have yet to meet. In any case, they'd be highly sceptical of his(her) story, but would go rescue the kid anyway. Luna Moth: Has only two recurring headaches: the police (specifically the task force her father leads) and the local Demonhame. (The local heroes consider her as their grey/black market contact; due to the fact that she's training their youngest three how to fly, and that trio is the team's only aerial members.) While I can see her shacking up with a rookie cop, it is highly unlikely that she would give up her thieving ways until/unless the curse of the Medusa Tear has been lifted from her. In this case, the obvious kidnappers will be DEMON, either as bait or because the kid brought a highly magical artifact back with him. And Luna Moth (with the local heroes as backup) would go after them.
  14. Re: Alien Bonding The Flying Kittens would believe him and all three would probably volunteer... as soon as they got the details of it's limitations.
  15. Re: Answers & Questions Q: Isn't my baby Iretan Fang-face so adorable? A: Hey, Mohammed. I think those flying mountains want to talk to you.
