GEM(Green Eyed Monster) Envy Salvail was a fashion model renowned for her beauty and also for fits of jealous rage with her fellow models. Her outbursts were infamous and added to her notoriety, but also lost her some jobs. Her life changed when she was introduced to Sebastion St Laurent at a party. Unknown to most was that St Laurent was also known as Le Don a mutant with the power to unlock superhuman abilities in others. He eventually revealed this to Salvail and offered to try to gift her an ability. She agreed and she gained the power to channel her jealous anger into others forcing them into irrational behavior and even violence. At first she just used this to sabotage her competition and rivals in the modeling world, but under Le Don's influence would eventually turn to a life of crime. She would then join up with his other "creations" in the villain team called Eurotrash.

30 Ghosts Fang Lui is the sole survivor of the Hell's Canyon Massacre which saw thirty Chinese miners gunned down by a gang of outlaws. The gang escaped justice purely because of racism. This caused the vengeful spirits of the thirty slain miners to possess Lui and he proceeded to hunt down and brutally murder the outlaws. Now a wanted man he fell in with the Nine purely to survuve. When not dominated by the ghosts Lui is himself a peaceful man who does not wish to live a life of violence and crime, but the spirits overwhelm him and the Nine is able to channel thier collective hate towards the Champions. Lui has supernatural strength and is virtually indestructible when controlled by the ghosts, but he does have a weakness to gold which was the very substance that led to the deaths of the miners in the past.

Bloody Star U.S. Marshall Dale Booth doggedly pursued outlaw Jesse Cutter into the desert wastes, but when he rode back into civilization he was changed. His first horrible act was to slaughter the entire population of the small town of Snake Hill. Tales were told that he now only travels at night, can draw his gun faster than any human, dodges bullets and drinks the blood of his victims after slitting their throat with a straight razor. He still wears his Marshall star now permanently stained with blood. The other members of the Nine give him a wide bearth but can't deny his deadly skills.

Ace of Space Sean "Ace" O'Sullivan was a barnstormer and stunt flyer who became a superhero of the skies in the late 1920s. He flew a modified biplane called the Blazin' Banshee and battled aeronautic themed villains like the Black Baron and Lord Von Zeppelin. In 1938 he and fellow heroes Iron Horse, Madame Mystery, Professor Harrison Hightower and his massive robot Hercutron battled an alien invasion in Grover's Mill New Jersey. During the fight O'Sullivan was engaged in a dogfight with an alien craft when the ship attempted to warp away and escape. O'Sullivan flew after it and ended up traveling to the aliens home world. He had many adventures on planet Orr before finally warping back to Earth. However the warp affected time as well as space and he returned to modern earth. He has had to make a huge adjustment from the culture shock, but his heroism is as strong as ever. He now flys the Blazin' Banshee II, an Orrian shift ship that allows him to fly into space and has an array of devastating weapons. His experiences on Orr have also given him some diplomatic skills in dealing with other lifeforms and being able to adapt to their customs.

Bolt Crunchmaster A robot designed by Black Harliquinn for a human sized superhero action figure that was never unleashed upon the public. Mechanon raided an old workshop of Harliquinn and took what tech it wanted including this unit. Finding it unworthy of use it was slated for disposal before being salvaged by MAX. It has very basic programming and combat routines and has no memory other than serving MAX and the cause. The robot's plastic looking body is a super hard polymer alloy that can take a lot of damage. It also has great strength, can fly with a built in jet pack unit, and sports energy blasters in it's gauntlets. It has a subroutine in it's programming that only allows it to speak in corny superhero catchphrases like "Like a Bolt from the blue I strike down evil" and "Don't worry citizen it is time to Crunch some crime!"

Well some villains aren't the brightest bulbs in the box. 😆

I had the Adversary Academy that trained henchman at varying levels to assign to villains and Dregslist which was another way to make contact with underlings or low powered villains to employ.

All right what is his story?

Earth is under alien invasion, but it is not from outer space it is from inner space. The microscopic Parvulus have been laying the ground work for world domination undetected by all except for fringe scientist Shinya Takahashi. His knowledge made him a target and he found himself under attack as the Parvulus sent an assault team into his body. Luckily he had injected nanobot defenders into his system. The battle that waged within him however took his toll. Takahashi instructed his assistant Rajit Khan to use the experimental armor that would allow him to shrink down to the level of the invaders. He managed to eradicate the threat, but Takahashi fell into a coma as a result of the battle. Since then Rajit has taken the fight to the Parvulus and even found allies amongat the Parvulus in the form of a small group of rebels fighting against the rule of the warrior caste. He also works with the covert government agency known as the Black Station who have taken custody of Takashi's body and his technology. Rajit, now known as the Nanonaut, is the Earth's best hope.

Diamond Dog Lester Buchanan was infused with canine DNA and then bombarded with some strange rays filtered through a diamond prism. The result was that he has the ability to transform into a large powerful hound with diamond hard skin, claws and fangs. When he is not in his transformed state he is the most meek member of the team merely going along with their plans and feeding on diamonds to ease his pain. He is desperate to find a cure for his condition. In his Diamond Dog state he is savage and barely under control and used for frontline assault by the team.

Nevermore Aiden Asher was a stage actor in London who found himself continuely losing the top parts to rival actor Raymond Perch. Jealously and frustration gave way to murderous intent and one evening he plied Perch with wine until he was very drunk. He then brought him to an abandoned tenement and sealed him behind a wall to die taking inspiration from Edgar Allen Poe's Cask of Amontillado. The horrible act filled Asher with a dark satisfaction and he became a killer for hire. He specializes in tormenting his targets and filling them with dread before finally ending their lives always using the motif of Gothic horror and giallo in his methods of murder.

Iron Cossack No one is sure where Meggido dug up this Cold War relic from as the nigh-indestructible powerhouse was last seen battling the Tsar's Guard in St Petersburg in 1983. He managed to fight his way out of the initial conflict, but then found himself in a battle with the Celtic Crusader and Youth Force members Tektonik and Stage Fright. He was last seen escaping into Massachusetts Bay and has yet to resurface.

Professor Hieronymus Arbogast A renowned geologist and explorer who created the massive Arbogast Auger to allow him to venture deep into the subterranean earth. He has made many discoveries of pockets of civilizations and creatures deep in the earth on his travels, but these accounts have largely been dismissed by the scientific community. Undaunted he continues his adventures while also consulting and collaborating with other members of the League.

Doomsayer Aamir Kapoor is a conspiracy theorist who claims that through the use of psychoactive drugs and sensory deprivation that he has visions of the future. He has spread his manifesto on the "dark web" which has allowed him to build a network of supporters to his ideas. He and his followers have engaged in stock market manipulation, corporate espionage, industrial sabotage, blackmail, election manipulation etc insisting that it all leads to a better world. His teammates are a bit skeptical as his actions seem random and anarchist, but he assures them only he can see the big picture and all will come clear in the future.

The Quantum Quad A group of heroes associated with super science adventurer Dr. Curie Quantum. Left to right: Quantron: An android whose synthetic body is capable of shape-shifting, super strength, energy manipulation and high speed flight. It was compromised by the nanobot collective the Cyber Swarm and ended up destroying itself to save it's teammates. Doc Quantum is rumored to have a back up prototype somewhere in storage. Dusk Dragon: Susan Nakano is a skilled martial artist who was trained by her mother, the superhero Sun Dragon. Her skills are further augmented by her energy blades and a stealth suit provided by Doc Quantum. She is forever at odds with her half brother Tomohiro aka the Dawn Dragon who betrayed his family and killed her father in combat. Monsieur Minuit: The Parisian playboy by day vigilante by night whose whirlwind romance with Doc Quantum resulted in a short-lived marriage. They divorced amicably and he continues to carry a torch for her ever since. Recently he was finally able to end the reign of terror of his nemesis Meurtre Mime with the aid of his teammates. Quanturbo: Tom "Top Flight" Ferguson was Doc Quantum's driver and test pilot. During a test of an experimental vehicle using a prototype hyperdrive an accident occurred. Ferguson's body ended up absorbing massive amounts of energy that supercharged him. He was now capable of running at super speeds. Doc Quantum designed a containment suit to help regulate the energy flow and protect him from the elements and rigors of high speed travel. One of his claims to fame is besting the alien prince Vash Vygier The Sularian Sprinter in a race that covered multiple planets and dimensions which saved the Earth from a full scale invasion by the Sularian Empire.

Tyrannus Tempus An AI construct designed by teen geniuses Justin and Olive Tyme aka the Tyme Twins. Initially it operated as an asset to the young heroes as they had multiple adventures traveling through time. However eventually the program, after viewing humanity in multiple eras in history, came to the conclusion that they were nothing more than a corrupt influence on the universe. It showed it's true intentions and would battle it's heroic creators until it was able to trap the twins in the void between seconds in the time stream. It has multiple robotic forms it can inhabit and control that all have the ability to time travel and has built an army of drones to aid in it's extermination of humankind.

Sasha Petrovich had trained in gymnastics from an early age and was highly touted as her first Olympics approached. Unfortunately she suffered a major injury during training. Emotionally devastated by this she was an easy target for recruitment into The Conservatory, a training center for the KGB. The Headmistress molded her into a spy and deadly martial artist. She operated for several years before being chosen for Team Amerika. Initially acting as an imposter for Stars her handlers quickly realized she didn't match her American counterpart. As Sasha returned to her sleeper identity, she became enamored by the American lifestyle. However she would be called upon yet again by Team Amerika this time to double Virginia. She carried out a couple of assignments, but this inadvertently caught the attention of the criminal element who were seeking to eliminate Virginia. She barely survived an encounter with Filipina assassin Arnis who mistook her for Virginia and was attempting to score points with the underworld. She used this opportunity to fake her own death and go into hiding. Team Amerika just chalked this up as yet another failure in this disastrous operation. Sasha would eventually be discovered, not by the KGB, but by a modern iteration of the Culper Ring. She became an operative for them under the codename Odessa.

Blitz Marcus Dunbar was offered membership in The Pentagon in 1984. Dunbar overcame being raised in a crime ridden neighborhood in Ward 8 in Washington DC to become a football All-American and Heisman candidate who passed up on an NFL career to pursue his law degree. He was viewed as an inspirational story by the backers of the team and he was happy to accept. Dunbar was treated with a refined version of Professor Laszlo Hargrove's Mercurio Formula which granted him superspeed, superstrength and high damage resistance. Taking up the codename Blitz as a reference to his days as a linebacker on the gridiron he was a solid team member. He was especially effective in fighting against criminals involved with the drug trade as he lost family members to addiction and gang violence. This would eventually be his downfall however. He zealously pursued a trail of drug trafficking into the States from South America which ended up being part of an operation by the CIA to gain money to support various rebel groups. One of the backers also had his hand in that operation and not wanting to risk the bad publicity of removing Blitz from the team, came up with another plan. The backer had one of the Pentagon technicians lower Blitz's monthly Mercurio infusion. Then the backer slipped him information that led Blitz into a cartel trap in Columbia. He fought bravely, but with his powers weakened he was eventually killed by super-powered cartel assassin Vibora.

Fascino Tomaso Bianci has low level psionic ability to emotionally manipulate targets. However it is only ever worked on females. Thus he was used by the Council to charm his way into a victim's heart to gain information, access,for blackmail etc. On this job his assignment was to charm an executive working in the Forbisher building to gain access to the floor housing the security monitoring. Weeks leading up the the assignment he began a relationship with a new girlfriend while also getting close to the target. Unbeknownst to Bianci both of these woman were new members of Cranham's Harem, the sisters Harmony and Discord. Harmony, portraying his girlfriend used her own emotion control powers to counter his and charm him to give her details of the heist. Meanwhile Discord sowed the seeds of paranoia into his mind with her own mental gifts which caused him to abandon his team right before the job. He has never fully recovered and to this day lives as a recluse fearing repercussions from his past.

Yeggman Nic Shaw was the expert safecracker for the Council. He was naturally tasked with opening a vault on the Frobisher job. Upon arrival things immediately went wrong when Shaw realized the information on the vault was incorrect and he didn't have the right tools for the job. This was courtesy of misinformation supplied by Cranham. Shaw was furious with the mistake, but carried on like a pro believing that with his skills he could still do the job. Unfortunately for him Cranham had sabotaged his equipment as well. When Shaw tried to set explosive charges they went off prematurely managling his hands and severely injuring the left side of his face. In the fallout of the trap set by Cranham he was arrested. Upon his release Shaw was angry and bitter blaming the Council for it's mistakenly precieved incompetence. Desperate to return to the "game" he contacted the Technomancer. His damaged hands and left eye were replaced with cybernetics. While he has lost his fine touch he now uses raw strength and a vibration attack to break into safes and vaults. He operates for the Technomancer's Network as Crackerjack leaving that terrible day at the Forbisher building behind him.

To me? Absolutely. 😄

Yeah, but this one is a lot of fun and in my case I don't have any team ideas at the moment. 😃
