Ty-Gor
 
He is the tyrannical ruler of the kingdom of  Organia having dethroned the benevolent King Ly-On. He commands his legion of henchman which include Spy-dor, Ry-No, Drag-On, and Pan-Tha.
 
He is opposed by Princess Pegasus(actually Gwendolyn Ramsey who travelled to this world from our earth via a magic mirror that transformed her to the same animal human hybrid state as everyone in Organia). She has allies in the former members of Ly-On's royal court in Battle Bear, Sir Swift Steed, Lady Peacock and Roo the Jester.

Skitter
 
Russell Tovey has six arms and the hands of each have a maw of razor sharp teeth in the palm. The teeth produce a poison that causes paralysis and thins the blood. He also has extra eyes grafted around his head giving him 360 degree vision. His favorite tactic is to use his hand mouths to cling to walls and then climb to a ceiling so he can drop on a victim. He then engulfs them in his powerful arms while poisoning and tearing them apart with his mouths. To go along with his disturbing appearance he has a creepy predatory personality and the unnerving habit of gnashing all of his teeth as he stares unblinking at you.

Eindecker
 
The first "German" invited to the team, Eindecker serves as scout and fast recon. Compared to other fliers he's not very fast, but his maneuverability and agility are tremendous.
Friedrich Melies was born in the Alsace-Lorraine area, and grew up speaking French and German all but interchangeably, but eventually moved to Germany where he got his doctorate. He became a very good aeronautical engineer, and worked on the Euroair VTOL fighter programme, only for that programme to be shut down and his applications for several patents denied on national security grounds. Angry and disgusted, he built a flight suit using the vectored thrust technology he had been working on, which he was able to massively miniaturize. His problem is that the system has serious weight limits, restricting him to a small number of fire-and-forget missiles as offense, and only very light armour.
His name comes from the Fokker E. III Eindecker ("one deck", what we now call a monoplane), the first dedicated fighter to be used by Germany in the Great War. He commonly wears the Eisernes Kreuz (Iron Cross, German military symbol) on his chestplate. This has made him a lot of enemies in the German military.

The Lioness
 
At first feared as a villain when she began gathering together followers from different countries and of different backgrounds, including traditional enemies, this sorceress was recruited into The AAF, defusing the situations.  Her followers now work within the borders and laws off their respective nations, working to stop poachers and protect the environment.
The Lioness is so named because she would frequently assume that animal form.  Her other unique power is the ability to instantly teach anyone a mysterious common language.  Aside from that she has typical, broad but not extremely potent magical abilities. 
 
 

Vanish
 
Mike "Mickey" Huter was an ok-looking, slightly intelligent,  moderately athletic young man of good family who should have easily made something of himself.  But little Mickey was a sensitive boy, always picked on, never aplying himself, and his life spiraled into depression and misery.
He sought out the Great Beast thinking he could at least make a tasty snack for some monster rather than killing himself to no purpose at all.
Instead of being put out if his misery, he was subjected to psuedo-matter. 
Vanish is still basically humanoid, though everything about him looks subtly off, like an uncanny valley effect.  A third eye (on an extensible stalk) allows him to see through solid objects, and where he can see, he can go, without bothering about the points between.  His new flesh reacts to intense emotion by fading from view, then, in extreme cases, reality, becoming insubstantial.  He has no offensive powers - he can't teleport or re-solidify in someone to shock their system or anything, and his physical abnormalities don't include claws/fangs/tentacles/poison.
 
He's still miserable, of course.
 

Squidra
 
A homeless man "living" in an abandoned fish canary, the man known now as Squidra was abducted and modified by The Great Beast as a test to see if a normal human could survive his modification process (so at one day he could use it himself). The man lost all hair, grew ten tentacles out of his body (four from his back, three from his chest, two attached to each thigh, and one from the back of his head), and a huge beak like mouth in his stomach area and an extra digestive pathway. He also gained limited "camouflage" invisibility and the ability to squirt an organic ink like liquid from his tentacles. For a while, he worked as The Great Beast's only human agent till he created the others in his preparation to achieve "godhood".
 
Squidra has reservations following The Great Beast, but stays with him because he ultimately has no where else to go. Forcently The Great Beast hasn't gotten so insane as to not treat his 'pets' well, and in the Great Beast's mind that includes Squidra. The Great Beast eventually plans on turning Squidra into a kaiju size behemoth...but that would involve tons of the wonder substance The Great Beast uses to create the modifications he uses.

No-one is now alive who knows precisely how Scott Howard received superpowers. There are no papers but there are plenty of theories on the internet and in government files across the globe. Put him in one of those containers you get on ships and it becomes akin to a battlesuit. He can't operate on the ground only airborne and especially in orbit. This has been a boon to NASA in working to fix orbiting facilities of various sizes. He can also take what is a frightening amount of punishment. There have been attempts to try to get Scott to use his powers remotely to no avail. If one of the others can get him into a container and get him there he can do a lot of grunt work. NASA reform to him as Modular
 
New Team: All Africa Force
This group contains members from all over the continent from the Arab North to South Africa, this is a vast continent and has given rise to a team that protects it from outsiders and from itself.
Minimum 5.
Can reference any part of the continent's history so French Foreign Legion and British troop archetypes are permissable.

The Proud Man
 
How old is the Proud Man? Even he isn't sure. The human brain isn't designed to keep memories that long. But he knows he has studied at the Sankore University and Mosque before the colonial era, and he remembers things sometimes...things like seeing the Pyramid complex at Giza, under construction near the glory of the Sphinx.
Appearance wise, he has the mien of an African plains warrior, over six feet in height, with a muscle definition that would make most bodybuilders envious. His eyes are a deep brown color, and while he largely used to shave his head, these days he has long flowing dreadlocks.
His current position as a hero is rather new, as well. The Proud Man still has arrest warrants out for him in both France and Britain, because the one thing he has never tolerated has been the European colony system. Any time Africans fought for independence, the Proud Man could be counted on to make an appearance. In the days of flintlocks and swords, his presence could change the course of a battle - but he was only one man. When Maxim Guns and repeaters began rule the battlefield, he learned the skills of the guerrilla, and eventually traded his long spear for an AK47.
But today, he has largely renounced political causes, seeking instead to protect the people where he can and serve as a symbol of emerging Africa. He's a lot happier these days too.
The Proud Man is a combination brick and martial artist. His skin and bones are steel-hard, and he'll basically ignore anything less than a 20mm shell, while he can easily lift a bus. But it's his skill that makes him deadly - literal millennia of experience have honed his skills to the point of being all but unmatched. He can handle any spear, throwing club or short blade with superhuman skill, and unlike many in this day, he has no problem using lethal force if he deems it necessary.
 

Dave Crisley has perhaps the oddest power of the group which is saying something when you have a jelly and a ten foot tall bull man. He transforms into a stunningly beautiful woman with wings and horns. The others insist that Dave regularly changes back into Dave. The reason for this is that Dave's succubus form is very assertive, unpredictable and very dangerous. He also seems to enjoy it way too much. In his non-powered form Dave would be ignored but his transform can make grown men and women bend to his meekest whim. The others can find this incredibly disturbing whether Dave is seducing a man or a woman. Dave is far more powerful in the succubus form than the others have realised and that form is watching and waiting. Dave is Malcanthet

Baphomet
 
A subject of mad geneticist Tobias Hall's Animal Farm, Stu O'Dell had bovine DNA mixed with his at birth. The result was that he grew into a massive ten foot tall man bull. He broke free from the Farm at fourteen and realizing he couldn't fit into society turned to crime. Originally he went by the name Stampede and worked as muscle-for-hire to various gangs. He was recruited into the Demon Lords to give them a powerhouse tank in battle. He serves the role well, but aspires to be a bit more than just brute force used by the group.

You might expect "The Demon Lords" to be a violent street gang or, perhaps, actual demons.
 
But, no, they're young nerdy supervillains inspired by the demon lords & princes of the 5th edition of the world's most popular tabletop RPG.
 
Aside from being obliged to use the name of a D&D demon like Demogorgon, Orcus,  or ... IDK, I can't spell the others that come to mind... anything goes. 

Juiblex
 
Perhaps the most horrifying or disgusting member of the group is Peter Sanderson who goes by the name of Juiblex. Peter can turn himself into a large jelly or ooze and can engulf people. Those who have survived the experience have claimed that they need to bath for a week at least. He can spray targets with a slime which can blind or deafen them or he can use it like a hose to push them away. He can also fire spores to grow a fungus on others. Peter has killed accidentally with his powers but he has also deliberately killed people because the team needed it and to help them escape. Peter is more of a follower than a leader but can play the part of the deadly ooze that the others 'worship' if they need it.

Pazuzu
 
Parker Zolomon has taken the name of Pazuzu because he can fly really well and can control the wind. He can control the wind enough to push people around (Telekinesis), cut people (Range Killing Attack), deflect missiles (Missile Deflection and Reflection), among other effects.
 
Parker has some birdlike trates he no longer cares to hide. It was Parker who suggested using the name list of demon princes for villain names once someone else suggested "Demon Lords" as a group name.

Gunslinger
 
Jerome Pettibone joined a Wild West Show as a teen and was a gofer and roustabout for a few years before becoming an apprentice to the trick shot artist. While he mastered quickdrawing and gunspinning tricks he had one problem...he was a terrible shot. His inability to hit a target was almost supernatural. In his frustration one day he threw his gun and to his surprise it struck the target perfectly. After some practice he could throw his six guns and have them hit targets and bounce back his hand. Unfortunately he was still fired from the show. He decided to use his odd skill to commit crime as the literal Gunslinger. He wears a garishly colored cowboy outfit and has holsters and bandoliers holding guns that cannot fire bullets. He still uses his over the top showmanship and jokey patter as he commits crime. He is considered a bit of a weak link on the team considering his weapons are non-lethal and he seems to prefer to be the center of attention than being a great criminal.

Space COP (Cyborg Over-Person)
 
People say "Mad Scientist," like it's a standard thing, but some are crazier than others.
The lunatic who transformed down-to-earth rocket scientist Yu Tu into a "Bionic Superman" must have been about the craziest. 
 
When he transforms his super-powered alter-ego looks comically like he's just wearing a silver & red rubber suit with a zipper down the back and a helmet with oversize glowing lenses that should be impossible to see through for eyes.  His size also changes to match the threat du jour,  whether that's central-casting humanoid aliens or kilometer-tall kaiju. His protective energy field looks suspiciously like a matte line.  In addition to superstrength, flying into space, and projecting ravenning beams of energy that only ever seem to blow up scenery near the target, his helmet has a universal psychic translator that causes anyone he speaks to to understand him - but as if he were speaking in a bombastic old-timey version of their native language (he hears translated replies as if sung in traditional Chinese opera). 
Ironically, some alien races seem to respect that mode of communications.
 
Yu Tu carefully maintains his secret identity - not out of fear for his loved ones (he has no family and is asexual & aromantic), but simply because the whole thing is just too humiliating.
 

J'hain Ps'mhiss, the Vegan Vindicatrix
 
A shape-shifting alien anthropologist from the Vega system, J'hain was surprised to immediately discover some of her people hiding in plain sight, using their powers to assume outlandish forms instead of blend in with bland humanoid appearances, and openly declaring their origin - even if the humans mispronounced it as Vee-gan.
 
So when Vegan Rising put out a plea for help, she showed... it took longer than you might think for her to realize her mistake, and by then she was in too deep with a band of dangerous fanatics.

GEM(Green Eyed Monster)
 
Envy Salvail was a fashion model renowned for her beauty and also for fits of jealous rage with her fellow models. Her outbursts were infamous and added to her notoriety, but also lost her some jobs. Her life changed when she was introduced to Sebastion St Laurent at a party. Unknown to most was that St Laurent was also known as Le Don a mutant with the power to unlock superhuman abilities in others. He eventually revealed this to Salvail and offered to try to gift her an ability. She agreed and she gained the power to channel her jealous anger into others forcing them into irrational behavior and even violence. At first she just used this to sabotage her competition and rivals in the modeling world, but under Le Don's influence would eventually turn to a life of crime. She would then join up with his other "creations" in the villain team called Eurotrash.

The Bull
 
Millions of Buffalo have been slain, most left to rot where they fell. The gods of the plains were offended beyond measure - there was no balance to this, no fulfilment of need, just greed and politics.
There was a single bull buffalo. His herd was dead - he was the last, wasting his days in mourning and aimless drifting. The gods chose him as the instrument of vengeance.
They granted him sapience, intelligence, language, and a humanoid frame. And they stoked his rage.
The Bull does not blame everyone. He is smart enough to understand where the blame lies. So he has allied with the Terrible Nine, to bring his Gatling Gun (modified to be a PISTOL) and immense strength to crush Champion City and begin the drive of the settlers from the land. 
The Bull is huge, fifteen feet tall at the shoulder, and wears nothing but a harness to carry his weapons. He is quite capable of smashing a stagecoach with a single blow, and has survived a cannonball hit (though he took a month to recover). He gets along best with 30 Ghosts (recognizing their fellow desire for revenge) and dislikes the authority symbols of Bloody Star and Sgt Blue, but recognizes their purposes work with his own.
