  1. Re: [Character] Dragster Sorry I do have my gms consent for thos at this time. The link stangely shows up like that in HD3 no matter how i do it, not sure why. but with - 1/4 it brings the ec slots to 13 and the grand total to 297. The campaign average for a hero is 275 but foolishly I volunteered to be leader and so got some extra points to spend on leader skills and a slight power and attribute add on. Now if I can just keep our "how do we break into the bank to rescue the hostages" planning sessions down to under an hour we'll be all good.
  2. Re: [Character] Dragster Yess.. I was afraid that might be the case. ahh well here he is in barebones format

  4. Re: WWYCD: Grrrl Power- emphasis on Grrr Lets see..personally.. that could be interesting...the amount of non mainstream websites and literature about that very thing is staggering..but in any case. Transit.... would be wondering who in the seven H****s turned his ex professional brainwashed mafia courtesan into domme mode... and after the first initial attempts to stab the party memebers she doesnt trust.. (ie ..everyone but him) would likely take her razor whip and untility belt away from her and be VERY glade his main power set is teleportation as he avoids the extradimensional dark force manipulating female and the nature loving cheyenne shape shifter... Dragster.. would be in a great deal of trouble since he was raised as a gentleman and has a strong psyc lim..will not strike a woman...(course then that could be the one thing that gets him cut some slack)
  5. Re: Quote of the Week from my gaming group... WAY off topic. Pirates 3 . Great movie. wait for the ending credits.
  6. Re: Need an organization name hmm in the spirit of stan lee.... The Excelsior group? or to rip off my gm(hopefully he made thse jokers up) The Destiny Foundation?
  7. Re: Skills? How many points are normal? Wow thanks for all the feedback! Sorry Im a bit new to the boards here. So generally it varries wildly among gamers but a general rule of thumb is about 10% of your total skill pts. mine line up like so 3 deduction 13- 3 electronics 13- 3 paramedics 13- 3 stealth 13- 8 navigation:teleportation 16- 1 Transport familiarity:SMG for my teleporter (megascale tp is Hard if you've never seen your target lol) My GM is great over all (and if you ever get to tampa let me know) and im feeling uses backup skills a good bit for the more roleplaying aspects of the game. So i'll likely buy some knowledge skills as the game goes on (with him being a fairly green hero to working with groups and solving anything beyond street crimes up to this point, give or take that one knockdown dragout fight with his hunted...) Now one of the other mentioned in passing a list of skills like ks superhuman world... and super heroes and supervillians.. those I could see spending 9 pts on..because my gm would judge that as a character actually actively spending time in his off periods to keep up with that sort of thing and give youa chance to know your enemy or yoru friends.. or hav heard about the crowns of krim before they open up on you...but thats just us. In any case thank you all greatly for your responses!
  8. My first time playing in a champions game in..well ages.. I think last time i saw a champions book it was first edition. How many skill points do normal 350 points charcters have or..Should they have? Most of the printed ones have about 50 pts it looks like including ks and such..and Im a bit worried my 275 pts character only has 21 pts worth.
  9. Re: Quote of the Week from my gaming group... (OOC) "Oh yes because Chilly Willy is SUCH a sexy penguin!" (said as the ex-call girl/vigilante whip wielding, wet dream's player picked a item to represent her on the battle map)
