  1. Has been almost a month and I have sent in several support requests for it. It is still not fixed.
  2. I purchased several pdfs, one of them--Book of the Empress--is listed as unavailable and when the link is clicked an error message occurs. I purchased on 6/23 and have sent in messages to support twice, once on 6/23 and then again a couple or so days later. I have not received a reply and the issue is still ongoing. It was Order# 17664. Everything else downloaded as expected. Any help on this would be appreciated.
