(I can only post about once a day. A lot has happened since I posted including Samantha joining me then joining another part of the group. It is difficult to keep up and now I'm not sure what to reply to. )
"Well, I was checking the basement, but I didn't see any evidence that he had been there. I could check the parking lot for clues. Does Foxbat's vehicle fly?"
"I didn't phase through the ground because I thought it would freak out the police, and there were a few pipes and wires under the floor i didn't want to mess with. I'll come up the stairs. "
Cornerstone goes back up.
Cornerstone remembered the crew had some lighting problems earlier that week as well.
And technically no one told him he couldn't go downstairs. They all were concerned with what was happening upstairs.
He looked around some more. Perhaps the breaker box had been tampered with. He uses his detective skills to look for clues.
There is a possibility that Foxbat could have been downstairs waiting until the perfect moment to nab his goal.
Cornerstone heads downstairs to see if there is any evidence Foxbat was there.
One minute he's finishing his set and the next Foxbat abducted a cast member. Bryan was mortified. He had to change into his hero personna.
He made a quick nod to his mother and found an empty bathroom to change. Rocks quickly covered his body and he headed to the stage. "How can I help?"
"I respect you for that... I have had my own... attractions... questioned. I'm only 14 and still deciding if I prefer males or females. But I've never even had a close friend before. I'd rather not "be" a female if the subject ever comes up... My word am I shaking for revealing that. I hope we can still be friends. I heard some big horror stories of friends avoiding their friend when they discover they are questioning that sort of thing. "
"I guess you are right. But I still would have preferred to tell her on my own terms. The more people who know, the bigger the possibility the wrong person would find out."
Bryan blushed when she said "date". Then he realized he was still Bryan and not Cornerstone. He didn’t notice the door was open.
She must had seen Cornerstone go in. He wasn't ready for everyone to know. He quickly changed back to Cornerstone out of her line of sight. But was it too late?
Did she now know Bryan was Cornerstone? Would she tell the others?
