Re: Rifts HERO? I agree w/ prodigy that's what I do to simulate the MD/MDC. As far as the different levels of strenght, there is no modification. High strength=Supernatural/Robotic (40-70+) Medium strength= Superhuman/Robotic (25-40) Low=Extraordinary (19-30) Below 18=regular strength.
