  1. I'm going with a female Robin, Tamara Carlina “Tabby” Drake, the daughter of Jack Drake and step daughter of Dana Winters-Drake.  They, and the family housekeeper, are aware of her secret identity.  They are also aware that she's a part-time mermaid, like the ones on H2O: Just Add Water.  If it helps, I have Steve Long's ESP Aquatic Powers Volume one.

  2. Batgirl replies over the radio, "Message received.  Police cars and ambulances are one block away.  Over."

Batman's voice comes over the radio, too.  "Good work, team.  I got one more.  I'll make a note to have batcuffs available for your utility belts.  Over."

"Sounds like a likely target. Which gives me a question, have you seen any refrigeration trucks near the museum? I don't think Freeze would use the skylight myself, but maybe his goons...or some independents wanting to make money off of this?"

"None in the area," Batgirl replies.

  4. "I'm looking at the building map on my Mini-Bat Computer," comes Batgirl's voice over your radio.  "You are between the Hall of American Indians and the Hall of Arctic Life.  In front of you is an overlook to the first floor.  The Hall of Minerals and Gems is down there as is a special exhibit on gems and jewelry."

(OOC: What kind of cover if any does the roof have to keep us hidden from bad guys coming up?)

Why don’t I go down there cloaked and make sure firstly that no guards or anyone gets killed by these guys and barring that, I can get us a head count of opponents.  Next I can scout around to see if there are any paranormals on their side then follow them up the rope to make certain none of them gets away or that they leave thru another exit.  What do you think?   Between flying and being invisible I think I can do it.

"Okay," Batgirl says.  "Good hunting.  Lady Heart and I can use the building's two chimneys for cover."

Coming away from the skylight I turn to Batgirl, “OK, what do we do now kemo sabe?”

"We wait," Batgirl replies.  "More than likely, the burglar or burglars plan to climb that rope and then rappel down the side of the building."

Relay this information to the rest of the team.   Do I have any type of video device or an I-Phone to transmit the inside of the room to my teammates.  If the room is only 12 feet high anyone else sticking their head in to look could be spotted.    Do I have any of the surveillance cameras left?

The Mini-Bat Computer, which is the size of a smart phone, has a built-in video camera and Batgirl, being a Gotham University grad student, is familiar with the building.

Is the room well lit or dark, is it empty or filled with crates and shelving units for someone to hide behind, roughly how big is the room, both long and across as well as floor to ceiling.

The room is 150-feet wide by about 700-feet wide and 12-feet high.  It is a display floor with exit lights and a low-level of lighting.

(OCC: I had to measure it on a map of the University of Pittsburgh, which is standing in for Gotham University.)

  9. Batgirl, Stealth 13- & Security Systems 13-, and keeping to the shadows as much as possible, inspects the alarm wiring.  Speaking softly, she says, "Alarm wiring's been bridged."

Still cloaked I edge slowly over to the skylight crouch down and look over the edge keeping as much cover as possible.(just in case)  Stealth is 13-

    There's nothing in sight.

Once Paladian lands, I put on the night vision goggles when he becomes invisible, can I see him?

    Yes.

When I come into land, I make certain Batgirl notes my position and then go invisible.

After Batgirl spots Paladin on her right, she lowers the night vision lenses built into her cowl.

Paladin I am breaking off surveillance and on route, Over.

    Batman responds, "Understood.  Over."

"Should I swoop down and interrupt or wait for Batgirl, over?"

Batgirl responds, "Unless they try to leave, wait for me, Lady Heart.  I'm one block away,"

Paladin, you are closing in on Gotham University and have Trinity Cathedral in sight.  You should get there just after Batgirl, who has to scale the building while you can land on the roof.

  12. There is nobody on the rope.

Batgirl responds by radio, "I'm passing the Bioscience complex.  Should be there in less than five minutes."

Batman responds, "You're closer than I am, Batgirl.  I should be there in fifteen minutes.  Paladin, if you like, you can break off your stakeout."

Paladin to Team Leader, I don’t think you can have that kind of advertising without the church’s express permission.  Could that van be a cover for something?    Is there any way to check it out?

"Good question, Paladin," comes Batman's radioed response.    "The Roman Catholic Church is the only one who insisted on a donation to the local diocese and a rate reduction for having a company vehicle on their property.  Fortunately, the company, which is owned by a Wayne Enterprises company, permits employees to use their own vehicles, for which they get paid for the milage they put on it while working."

  14. Not around the museum, but there are a couple of vehicles from a maid service company that, according to its advertising, keeps God's house clean, parked by the cathedral rectory.  Edit: There are several vehicles with visor cards reading CLERGY parked there, too.

  15. Closing in on the museum, Lady Heart spots Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, which is across Fifth Avenue from the museum.  There is little traffic in the area as a campus police car rolls along Henry Street, which is on the back side of the museum.

  16. As Lady Heart flies toward the Gotham University Museum, she flies over Gotham Transit Authority's buses, commuter train, and monorail  as well as Kingston Square, which is active until midnight and on the western side of Gotham University, and Burnley Harbor, Gotham City's "Little Bohemia" which is just to the west of Kingston Square.

(OCC: These locations are mentioned in the Daily Planet Guide to Gotham City.)
