  1. Season 3 of Picard is DEFINITELY much better. Better than the first two seasons combined by far.
  2. Option Pick # 2: Gravitar (Champions Universe)
  3. At the risk of sounding inflammatory....that's not surprising.
  4. My apologies. I've been sick....sooooo....I'll take Wolverine, Miss Match, Warpath, and Fission Chicken. Not my initial plan, but I'll work with it. Only one way I can think of this remotely making any sense. So....my first option pick is...Q (from Star Trek).
  5. So I'm way behind, but I'll pick Union Jack and Merlyn the Archer.
  6. This could be Batgirl from the 1966 TV show....
  7. I'm in. Just tell me where to submit the names.
  8. DeSantis quietly passes ‘shameful’ law allowing anyone to carry concealed gun in Florida (yahoo.com) Meanwhile, the news keeps getting better in Florida....
  9. Yeah...Stahl could have (and should have) torn her a new one. You need to challenge them on their BS at all times.
  10. Perhaps, but neither side has any real interest in changing the status quo. If they would like to prove me wrong...by all means...don't let me get in the way.
  11. The response to school shootings from our elected representatives seems to be.... "Life sucks (for you). Get over it!" I'm just....so tired of it all.
  12. So they'll use this to push more LGBT hate. Great....
  13. More to the point that those with the power find it easier to control the masses if they can deflect attention to some "other" group that they can easily demonize. Same old song and dance...only the lyrics are different.
  14. And then there's Florida trying to fine a hotel for holding a drag show. Truly the pressing issue of our times. Sigh....it just keeps getting worse.
  15. What progressive values are "extreme" as stated in that link? I'm genuinely curious.
  16. More tears than chuckles. Such a f****** waste of time. I could care less what Congress thinks of Socialism. Most members of Congress aren't qualified for their jobs.
  17. Everything Everywhere All at Once It's a comedic sci fi drama. I found this pretty entertaining, and the messaging is stuff we can all relate to. The inevitable "it's too woke" crowd can suck it.
  18. Talking about it doesn't change anything though. They're still in power doing absolutely nothing positive.
  19. Yeah...Jeffrey Combs was excellent as usual as Shran. Didn't save the series as a whole for me though.
  20. Original Series: The diverse cast and intriguing often thought provoking story lines. Animated Series: Didn't watch. Next Gen: The Utopia we're all hoping for. A captain with actual diplomatic skill. DS9: Greatest supporting cast of any of the shows. Ongoing continuous story arc that still is tops among the series. Voyager: The greater exploration of the Borg. Enterprise: Bakula as captain and a couple good episodes....and that's about it. Discovery: Only watched the first episode. The reimagined Klingons turned me off immediately. Also, I don't want to see what happened before. I want to see what happened after the Dominion War. Leading into.... Picard: Great vehicle for Stewart's acting chops, but the time jump and destruction of Romulus are handled clumsily. Lower Decks: Haven't seen. Prodigy: Haven't seen. Strange New Worlds: Haven't seen, but as above...I want to see the future...not the past. An ideal show for me would be a series that showed the immediate aftermath of the Dominion War and the rebuilding of the Alpha Quadrant....but that ship has sailed, I fear.
