Hello, Probably a simple question I am just not finding in hero designer...but how do you input a multipower framework. I have a player who wants to use a very watered down Vision knock-off and his main powers should be part of a multipower. What I am about ready to do for this character is use a template that has multipowers already and just overwrite and save as a new character. Is that the only way to get multipowers in HD6?
In 6th Edition rules why would someone want to purchase an All Combat Level? They cost 10 points each and only give you a single bonus that can be used either to OCV or DCV (not both at the same time) while for the same 10 points you can increase the OCV and DCV characteristics both by one (giving you bonus to OCV and DCV at the same time). Now I do understand that in heroic games you can use skill levels for additional purposes, such as increasing the damage if you use 2 of them, but that is not much of a bonus, and in addition in a Champions game you can only use them for OCV and DCV, nothing else. So why use them?
88 downloadsUp until 2012-10-22 the game world had no more real proof or experience with "real" supernatural or super powers than our own, Real World (possibly less depending on who you believe). Homeland Defense has created a small sub agency with a minimal budget (and even less office space) to "investigate" some of the strange occurances since 2012-10-22, but all the agents assigned (no volunteers for a clear career stopper assignment) are not going to be specialist in wierd. Just know that officially, the agents assigned to this are not the cream of the crop, but rather the ones that their previous departments felt would be least missed.
