This is for 6e. Would this be a valid build for the effect I want? Is there something cheaper that I'm not aware of? Umbrella: Barrier (2m x 2m x ½m, 0 BODY, 2 PD/0 ED), Non Anchored (18 BP); Mobile(+¼), Dismissible(+¼) (27 AP); Restricted Shape("Umbrella" Above The Target; -¼), No Range(-½), Only Vs Effects From Weather (Rain, Hail, Sleet, Snow; -1) I'm wanting a spell that shields the caster from mundane weather effects (rain, sleet, snow, hail), where the effect can be ended consciously, and doesn't impede moving through doorways or other narrow passages. Thanks!
Hi Steve, Some questions about barriers. With the movable advantage on a barrier , how far can it move? can that movement be adjusted with advantages? Does a moving barrier collide with objects when not having a Can a barrier hold up something? ie a car falling off a bridge is put in a movable barrier. What about a static barrier placed to support a collapsing building. Thanks
I have a multipower and in it I have a standard barrier power Wall of Earth Barrier 4 PD/4 ED, 6 BODY (up to 12m long, 4m tall, and 1m thick), Opaque (Sight Group) just for an example from the book I use it and put it up infront of me during my first phase. Then on my second phase I can act again I switch to another power in my multipower slot Now what happens with the wall According to the text in the rule book for 6:edition it should stay there since it is a physical object? A Barrier, once created, is a physical object that remains in existence until destroyed by attacks, the passage of time, or other factors. Or does the "other factors" imply here and remove the barrier?
