I was wondering how you would build the effect of smelling terrible smell from dead bodies or from zombies? Anyone who have opned a refigiator that have been without power for a couple of days know how such stench can drain you of energy and breath but let me tell you its nothing compared to the real deal. Once when I was on a school trip in Denmark we came across a dead pig out in the countryside. It was like being hit in the face by a giant fist! Normal function was not possible. So how to do this in realistic rules?

So, I thought I'd tackle the most difficult character type from the old World of Darkness -- Wraiths. I've had to make some hard design choices here, and I'm not quite sure it's done, but I'll sit on it for another year if I don't just drop it here. Comments welcome, but be sure to read the pdf file for some design notes. I've also attached the Campaign Rules file for creating Wraith characters, as there doesn't seem to be a place to upload them in the Downloads section. Package deal is posted here. The Shadow base character sheet is posted here. Template file for creating Wraiths is posted here. World Of Darkness - Wraith.pdf Wraith6E.hdr

Since I had created other World of Darkness package deals, I thought I'd complete the grouping which meant converting the most difficult character type. Wraith: the Oblivion is the most complex character type to play. There are a number of foibles to the package, which I'll deal with in the forum post.-

I worked up some of the old World of Darkness stuff that I owned into Hero terms. My plan was to allow players of my High Fantasy Hero game the opportunity to play those "races" if they wanted to; plus I knew it would be an excellent opportunity to cut my teeth on 6E Hero, which is different enough I felt the need to practice. After converting vampires to my satisfaction, I turned to werewolves. They're extremely interesting from a mechanical standpoint. The obvious power for them is Multiform, but after playing with the numbers for a while, it occurred to me that they're really only changing Characteristics around in the different forms. I tried it as a Multipower, and if fit a whole lot better. I've uploaded this as a Package Deal here EDIT: Updated post, removed non-operational links, uploaded package deal to new Download section, updated link. World Of Darkness - Garou package deal.pdf

I started with vampires, as they're pretty straightforward in the World of Darkness. I never got around to working up all the various Vampiric Disciplines, but you could make those easily enough. It clocks in at 211 points, which is pretty reasonable for a vampire, I think -- the one in the Bestiary is just a crazy number of points. Unfortunately, the thread I made to discuss this Package Deal did not survive the forum migration. I think this is a pretty elegant conversion, and welcome feedback.-
