1) The price for the pack is the same as the PDF version of the book. This is not in line with the pricing for character packs for other products which is usually less than the price of the PDF.
2) The description of the product fails to explain what the product is. The text of the description simply says "The Hero Designer files for Champions Powers. All of the Powers in the book translated into Hero Designer format. " It does not say that the files are contained in an archive. The file that I downloaded from the page is named "PHDFiles" in a format that is was not recognized by my computer. I thought that there was an issue with the file itself, not understanding that the files had to extracted from the archive.
3) A number of prefab files are not in the correct file format. The following prefabs are not in the prefab (hdp) file format but instead in the character format (hdc):

Water Powers
Vibration Powers
Time Powers
Teleportation Powers
Telekinesis Powers
Stretching Powers
Strength and Toughness Powers
