SID Bulletin #18 - Racer [PDF+HD+Mini]

S.I.D. is short for Super-powered Individual Database. It's the database that government agencies use to keep track of various villains and heroes. Over the last few years, the number of super-powered individuals has skyrocketed, and it has become a full-time job to try and keep track of them, as well as update information about them. That is the purpose of this database: to give law enforcement as much information as possible on supervillains; or the superheroes they may need to call for help.
 
This series of small products will introduce new villains and heroes for your campaign. This installment will introduces a new villain: the bogus thrasher known as Racer, who rides a rocket-propelled skateboard and carries deadly bombs. He's a wise-cracking villain who seemly cares about no one other than himself!
