I need help understanding how barrier works. Specifically related to thickness of a barrier.  

Let's say with my barrier it has a 10 body and a PD of 5. Let's say I also purchase a thickness of 2 1/4meters. Let's say my barrier sustains 17

points of physical damage in that phase.  How much damage does the character inside the barrier take?

Hi I am new to hero system, and I'm trying to have a power that will allow me give flight to the people around me. ( similar to team flight in City of Hero.) How would I build this power. Also how many books have powers in them? What are the books names?
