Awesome I didn’t think about that, tried it and it worked like a charm thank you so much for the assistance ?

Every time I go to edit my character in hero designer it acts as if it opens the editing window however  nothing opens up and I find myself unable to go back or anything so I have to shut the program down from my task manager. I already have uninstalled and reinstalled java and cleaned out my computer using various cleaning and updating programs. not sure where to go from here
