If you just want to define a list of Skills to select from for a particular discipline/race/whatever (but not restrict other purchases), then you're looking at a prefab.

I've made Prefabs, but not Templates. Guess I'll be brushing up over the weekend. Thanks!

Is there a way to define a custom list of skills for Hero Designer, so only those will show up under the Skills Tab?
