I never met Darren, but I've been playing Champions forever. I started back when I was in the Navy with some friends and loved it. I think the best tribute to a designer of games is to say how much we have enjoyed their work. Champions was a great adventure for us, and it kept us sane amongst the trials of military life. Thank you for all your work, Mr. Watts. I wish I had made your acquaintance, but perhaps in another life.
