About This File
I recently got interested in Final Fantasy VII again for various reasons, and took a look at the character sheets posted on Surbrook's Stuff. I thought they were fairly well done, but I thought the Limit Break mechanism could be better implemented. So I implemented it. Hope someone finds this useful.
