SAW Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 If a character is hit with a continuing Attack power, let's say Flight Usable as Attack with a Continuing Charge (Flight Cancels the Effect), that does not Affect Desolid can the target (victim) escape the effect by then turning on Desolidification?
