Area of Effect and Damage Shield

Hi Steve,

 

I have a problem that I cannot find an answer to in the FAQs.

 

How does a power with Area of Effect and Damage Shield (Offensive) work? Is it triggered by someone moving into the area? When the person with the damage shield moves, does anybody who is now within its area get affected by the power?

1. Typically it means that anyone who enters the Area, or who is brought into the Area by the character moving, takes the Shield’s damage automatically, but as always the GM’s free to come up with other rules that seem appropriate for a given character, special effect, situation, or campaign.
