Steve Long Posted June 26, 2006 Report Share Posted June 26, 2006 Re: Flight Usable as Second Form of Movement If a character buys Usable As [second Mode Of Movement] for a Movement Power and defines the second mode as Leaping, Running, or Swimming, he does not get his base inches in those forms of movement added to the Movement Power.
