Clinging versus Leg Sweep

If I have a character that has clinging, with the limitation only to remain standing, (can not climb walls) what would happen if he is the target of a successful leg sweep attack. Would he fall down automatically, or would there be a STR versus STR check or STR versus Body Damage of the attack?

A Legsweep is just a form of Throw, so see "Resisting Throws With Powers: Clinging" on UMA 153 (it's also in the HSCH, which I don't have at hand right now so I can't give you a specific page reference).
