I have to agree with 16 probably being a bit high, the value was taken from the Champions Handbook Speedster template and that has been noted as having values a lot higher then most people like/want. He does have rather low defense though so one lucky hit and he is probably down, or at least forced to abort. So I can either move some or all of his points over to PD/ED resistant or not.

 

Looks like his story info didn't print out onto either the PDF or the TXT file, the HDC file though should have an updated story detailing at least a little of why they are hunting him down.

 

Not having any books on either, I am not sure more important on that note I am debating how much he should rely on his Prana enhancement given that in his story he had just started to learn how to use then.

 

I feel more confidant now that this will work so I will resume posting again.

 

Edit: Ok just downloaded the HDC file that was uploaded and it does include a reason for them to hunt them. Viper is still after him due to him stealing a prototype weapon battery from them and then wreaking the servers the info was on. Demon is after him for stopping some sort of Ceremony of some sort. I figured it would be best if left opened if that is the only reason either is after him.
