Hello all! I'm fairly new to the Champion's system and was recently indoctrinated after playing a few campaigns during SpoCon this past weekend. I have a question regarding a power I'm trying to build and the rules around it. I apologize if this is the wrong place for a question of this nature.
The gist of the power is that it's a watery prison / grave. It immobilizes the target and does killing damage. Here's what I have so far:
Watery Prison:
6d6 Body 6 Def Entangle, 2d6 Physical RKA. Water Effect. 90 Points.
Costs END only to Activate; +1/4
LOS; +1/2
Stops Hearing; +5
Continuous (couldn't find any modifiers for this advantage/adder)
Takes no Physical DMG from Attacks; +1/4 (It's water, after all...)
Cannot Form Barriers; -1/4
Does Not Prevent Accessible Foci; -1
Susceptible to Fire; -1
Vulnerable to Electricity; -1
If my math is right the cost should be ~21 pts... which seems a little overpowered. However if I understand the mechanics of Active Points (which I assure you, I honestly don't), the Active Point cost is in the 200 range.
