For Elemental Controls you just need enough Endurance to power the ones you want" it means that if I have four powers in a 50 active point multipower, those four powers can not add up to more than 50 active points? Am I right?

My group is haveing some trouble understandeing frameworks, specificly multipowers. some help with the basics would be great, but specificly: 1. Does simply buying a power in the frame work give wou a slot? 2. Is there a limit on the number of slots? 3. For multi powers and EC frame works, can you use as many of the slots in a phase as you want, as long as you have the active points in the framewok resrve to pay for the selected power? 4. Can you keep powers in a framework on continusly, as long as you always have the points alocated? Sorry if these questions seem silly, this multi power thing has me confused.
