Now granted, this is a personal peeve about published supplemental material for Hero System, but I'm wondering if it will continue in 6E.
In previous versions of Hero, characters from the Champions Universe in the different books and supplements always seem to be created at starting character point levels but then almost all of them had some sort of Hero or Villain bonus padding their points.
I always felt that there were never any villains who, point for point, were equal to a starting player character. They always seemed just a little bit better.
Am I alone in thinking this?
