Okay this is what I am trying to do in the simplest form...
I want to be able to "cast" a major change mental illusion that effects several opponents at the same time (or in the same phase).
Now, I have narrowed it down to two options -
1. Buy Mental Illusions with auto fire (2-3) at +1 1/4 (because it's not an EB or a RKA)
2. Buy Mental Illusions with an AoE
Are there any other options I am missing? I have a feeling it will be more expensive for me (from and END perspective) to buy it as an autofire, simply because I would have to pay the END for each shot. Where as the AoE would be a one shot deal in regards to END.
Also I am only looking to do Major Changes with the Illusion (Ego +20) so I was wondering how many d6 I should take to ensure a 85% effectiveness with such an attack.
One last note, I have an active point cap of 60 points to work with, and a multipower slot with the following Lims...
Incantation (-1/4)
Activation -14 (-1/2)
OIF (-1/2)
