I'm trying to create an npc with the traditional fae pact. Definitely, it would be some sort of Mind control with the literal interpretation limitation. I'm also thinking a -1 limitation for Target must be willing and possibly a -1/2 for Affects User as well as target. Is there any set way to prevent breakout rolls. I may just hand wave it since they have to be willing in the first place Any thoughts?
