I'm looking to create a 'boost' ability for a character. +10 Str +30 Dex +5 Spd +6" Running +Damage Reduction. However I want the character to take 'Stress' damage while the power is on. So a couple questions:
1) Is there Power Limitation for Linked Powers anymore? I just got my 5th Edition book, and I couldn't find one.
2) How do I do the 'Stress' damage? It works similar to a Side-Effect, but I'm not sure how to arrange a Side Effect to work on an 'ongoing' power.
Any help would be appreciated.
