Re: Electromagnetic pulse as ranged attack? I envision a ranged attack that would shut down any electronic devices in say a 20 foot radius centered on the target. Examples: Bad guy hops into his "evil mobile", I want a chance of shutting the car down without blowing it up with my ranged energy attack. Villian wants to blow up a bridge......zaaaaap, his transmitter is disabled. Stuff like that. If it helps my power armor is magnetic based for the flavor. I would buy armor piercing with it to help counter villians who have "hardened" electronics. I tried building the emp as a rka (electronics) but it seems lacking. Thank you guys for any and all help.

I need help building an emp ranged attack for my power armor. I was thinking as a dispel but don't quite know how to build it. I have a active point ceiling of 60. Thank you
