How would you define it in the Hero System if a character could at range pull the fire out of... say for instance a burning building, thus extinguishing the fire... and they could use that energy they 'sucked up' to increase there stats like with absorption. would that bee some sort of ranged absorption with a special effect? Or some really odd form of Change environment combined with Absorption? Benn rattling this one round in my head for a while now with no good answer...
