So someone in our group is thinking about starting superman. Is it possible to take kryptonite as a disadvantage that saps strength and/or endurance, while within a certain distance of it, instead of doing d6s of damage as I've seen in write ups I've seen. If it is possible how would it be done in 6th edition?

What are: OAF, OIF, IIRC, AC, RC? As for the killing attack of the katana and shuriken, is that 1.5d6 and 2d6 period or added onto the strength d6?
How would you build these on 6th edition rules:
- An unbreakable katana that can only be drawn from the scabbard by a member of a certain bloodline and sharp enough to cut through metal
-Normal Shuriken with 5 recoverable charges
-A Windmill Shuriken (large foldable shuriken that acts as a boomerang, attaches to forearm when not in use) with a single recoverable charge
-Smoke bomb with 5 charges
-Charm shaped like an owl that allows you to see in pitch darkness but must be held to the eye to work
