I don't speak French (flunked it back in my Junior High days), but does her quote roughly translate into
"Hello, have you ever seen a dancer like the Razor Girl?"
"Then, who is ready to dance with Fil du Rasoir?"
I'm not as certain about the name. I think it means Wire of the Razor or, more likely, Razorwire.

I've used, "token" systems to balance character capabilities. Players can buy up to the campaign baseline freely, and get virtual tokens that let them exceed that in certain areas. From the campaign guidelines:
That's a good system. I've always disliked hard caps because it makes character feel too much the same. If I set an attack cap at 12 DC's (for example) I'll end up with 6 characters with a 12 DC attack. So the Daredevil clone does as much damage as the Hulk clone; that always felt off to me. I prefer to work with the player on character creation, ask what type of character they're looking to play, and then set the caps for that character.

If you do drop the ecology theme then the multinational makeup of the team could suggest that they view the separation of the Earth into "countries" and "nations" as being inherently flawed. They could be aiming to develop a world government (by force most likely; they are villains). Name: No Borders

Cryptic is 6th.
It's the same team though, isn't it?

I had a magic brick in 4th called Obelisk. He was essentially a golem. He wasn't as strong as most other bricks but had better than average defenses (even for a brick) and he could shape shift but only to humanoid forms.

Do The Blood from "The Blood and Dr. McQuark". I loved the Zelazny Amber vibe I got from them.
Has anyone converted the 4th edition Champions? I prefer them to the 5th edition iteration (especially Cryptic's interpretation).

Hardy-har-har .
I wasn't going for Captain Planet or the Planeteers when I cooked up these pics; rather, I was going for a
young team with a theme suggesting the Elements.
Major Tom 2009
I know, but when I saw Captain Element all I could think of was Captain Planet. I'm always amazed at how long that show lasted considering it's message was about as subtle as a brick to the face.

Coming in a little late here but I'd like to voice my support for Luche Libre as well. I didn't get to roleplay much (well, at all really) during the 5th edition era either and I still picked this up the moment I saw it on the shelf. It's a highly enteratining read and can be used for any genre.

Has anyone downloaded the program? Online, I can switch the menus to English and was wondering if I could do the same if I download the offline version.

What no Captain Elemental?

I like having the descriptions. Art is nice but, unfortunately, the quality is all over the place. For example, Lynx (Vol. 2) is described as being an attractive cat-lady beauty but her picture just makes me think, "hairy".
