So, I decided to buy the character creation deck but when I went to download the zip file I get a virus alert saying that I have malware or a virus on this file. Has this happened before, can I get a refund since I did buy it with the understanding that this wouldn't happen?

In 2016, I was lead writer for Aaron Allston’s Strike Force. It is one of the highlights of my game writer career. I had hoped to be able to continue work in Aaron's world by developing something I wanted to call "Strike Force Organizations." And now, I can. Note: This product will be dedicated to Aaron (of course), but also Darren Watts, as when I first discussed this, he wanted to develop the section on the Circle.

So I just recently purchased both the print copy and PDF of Shades of Black and I noticed that there is not HD Character pack for the adventure. If there was one somewhere it would very much a time saver for me. Does anyone know if I can find it somewhere else?

I appreciate all the bundles that have been offered with Bundle of Holding, but is it possible that you could have bundles available on this site full time? Definitely doesn't have to be at the same discounted rate, but maybe say 10% off if you buy all the products in a specific edition at the same time. I'd buy that for a dollar! Thanks!

Hello, I bought the Ground Vehicles and the Air Vehicles Character Packs (thinking they would be PDFs) and I downloaded the files fine (I think?) They appear ot be .HDC files for the most part. I cannot open the files. Googling the files it says I need to download something called HD Tach which is evidently a hard drive management reporting software?!? Anyways it says you need this program to open the files but every site that will let you download it appears to be either unsecure or weird looking. I tried going directly to the developer Simpli Software Inc. but their website appears defunct. How do you expect people that buy this p…

So the description is a bit sparse for Heroes in a Hurry, and I'm wondering a few things... Is it basically templates for powers, skills, etc.? Is there anything there for the veteran player? What types of heroes can be made using it? Are there specific power types?

Playing catch up on getting all my 5th edition and 6th edition books. I have been able to get most things without a problem, but I haven't been able to find the Hero System 6th Edition Volume 1: Character Creation Hardcover edition. Does anyone know where one might find a copy. I have scoured quite a few online resources and while a few places said that they had the hardcover, I was disappointed to find that they were lying and only had the softcover (which I already own). Figured I would post here and see if anyone knew a store where I could order from or if someone was willing to sell one. I am looking for one that is from a smoke free home, in very good condition …

I have Star Hero 6th Edition, and when I looked up rules for Ship combat, on SH6E 27 it references "See HERO System Vehicles" for Ship combat. Which sourcebook has this? I see a PDF for "HERO System Vehicle Sourcebook PDF", but the description only appears to explain designs, unless I am missing it. If not this sourcebook, which one would I use for Starship combat rules?

For my own use, I'm compiling a meta-Object Table that will compile the PD, ED, and BODY of various objects (and in this case, where it came from), using the information from the Breaking Things section of 6e2, the Common Martial Arts Scenery table from HSMA, the Fantasy Objects and Door Table from FH, and so on. I'm not planning to drop everything from the Equipment Guide (though I might have "Generic Pistol", Generic Rifle", etc.), and Champions doesn't seem to have one. Does anyone know where else I can find such information?

I was wondering if there was any timeline for the remaining 5th edition things to get updates to 6th edition. For example, I am interested in the Vehicle Sourcebook and The Ultimate Mentalist, but I do not want to pay for 5th edition if the 6th are in the works. Last time I played was Champions in the mid 80s. Like 2nd ed., I think. Now, I am looking at using it for updating Space Opera (Fantasy Games Unlimited) to remove the exceptionally math heavy nature of that game. I was thinking of picking up the Traveller Hero PDFs from the online store, but I’m confused. What is included in the Traveller Hero Sourcebook? In other words is it separate content from Vol 1 and Vol 2 or is it a collected volume? If so are any of the other volumes included? I want to get all the books but I don’t want to buy redundant material.
