Say i have an Absorbtion power at (+1 affects up to 4 powers in a special effect).I have an elemental control that has 4 powers in it. 1 increased strength 2 Flight 3 force field 4 force wall .I know you must increase the elemental control and the slots but does the framework "Elemental Control" count as a "Power" for the affects up to 4 powers in a special effect or do i need to take the (+2 affect all powers of a special effect)? Hello everyone. I am having problems on a multiform build. I am trying to make a Rick Jones / Captain Mar-Vell character. I buy multiform with OIF "Nega Bands" on Rick Jones form, i realise if he loses the bands he cannot change into Captain Mar-Vell. Now in the Captain Mar-Vell form he still has the OIF "Nega Bands" that he uses for other powers but he does not have the multiform power. If he loses the bands he cannot change back to Rick Jones. How is this done ?
