  1. Re: Trying to build a Medusa/Gorgon I considered giving it independent to represent the fact that anyone could use it after killing him.... But then its a limitation thats not a limitation.. because he doesn't care that he loses the points once he's dead. Unless of course I take the points away from his next character.
  2. Re: Trying to build a Medusa/Gorgon Yeah, I'll definitely add No Range. And OIHID is probably better than always on. What about Restrainable? If someone grabs him by the head and turns it away, or throws a bag over it, or something similar.
  3. Re: Trying to build a Medusa/Gorgon The character in question didn't want to be able to turn it off, though he does wear a mask most of the time. So maybe it shouldn't count as always on. Though if something happens to his mask... I didn't know that an attack roll was required for an AOE attack. I thought it automatically hit everything inside of it?
  4. Currently I'm modeling the turn to stone effect as a RKA with a Non Selective Cone AOE, Restrainable, Conditional(Only effects people looking at him), Inherent, Decreased Stun. Is there a better way to model a power that effects everyone who percieves you?
