  1. This incarnation of The Rustlers is the 3rd generation of them. Also, how do you think the connection between the Warlockz and DEMON could work?
  2. I am planning on doing a HEROS game one day focusing on a group of Heroes in Millennium City fighting the city's street gangs. So far i came up with two gangs for use in it. The first gang is The Warlockz, a gang consisted of Caucasians and African-Americans that specialize in Arms dealing, drug trafficking, and Racketeering and are easily identified by their red aviator jackets that has their infamous logo, that of a evil sorcerer with red eyes. They are also rumored to be connected to DEMON, which makes The Warlockz much more threatening to the citizens of Millennium City. The second idea i have is a gang called The Rustlers. They are a cowboy-themed gang that are leftovers from "The Silver Age". They used to be the enemies of a now retired super-heroine called The Eagle who have somehow survived into the modern era. The gang has evolved from a bunch of thugs who commit Cowboy-themed crimes into a a brutal street gang who specialize in Drugs, Prostitution, Car Jacking, and Black Marketerring. However, they still keep the cowboy gimmick and are currently led by a mysterious man named Joseph Bloody-Scalp, a man with the ability to transform himself into a Lycanthropic-like creature. What do you think of these antagonists and how do you think they could fit in the Champions setting?
  3. I am guessing his son would probably have the same powers.
  4. Yeah, Kenetic being The Tornado's former nemesis makes sense. Also, i feel tempted to make The Tornado's leader, Chad, the son of Fat Man, who is one one of the people bankrolling the gang, even though Fat Man claims to be retired.
  5. Sounds like a interesting guy. Also, if i make their former nemesis a Champion, the Nemesis might be either Jaguar depending on what edition i get, Nighthawk, or Withcraft. Though, i do wonder why Witchcraft would have constant fights with a gang of rich punks.
  6. Good advice so far. One other idea I had is to make a past incarnation of them a former enemy of a member of The Champions. I wonder which Champion, past or present would've made a fitting foe for a gang of spoiled punks and how they could've resurfaced years later?
  7. I am thinking about purchasing one of The Champions editions. While thinking up antagonists, I came up with a street gang Called The Tornadoes. The Tornadoes are a street gang consisted of middle-class punks and trust-fund babies doing the life of a gang-banger for fun and for some quick cash. They are mostly based in the more-well off areas of Millennium City and are easily recognizable by their uniform, which consists of a Blue Sweater with a Tornado image on it, blue jeans, and brown shoes. Can i have some advice on how to make this gang a threat to superhero PCs?
  8. Good point with the henchmen. I am just picturing random street thugs with mechanical wings attacthed to them by harnessess. Icarus, of course, calls them his flock. Also, I wonder which one of the current Champions would make a fitting nemesis. I am kinda thinking either Defender, Kinetic, or Witchcraft.
  9. Good points so far. I am wondering how a bird-man could get human henchmen without creeping them out with his appreance?
  10. I might go along with the half-man half-bird idea and also make him a airplane thief. I am now wondering how it would work mechanically to give his henchmen flight suits to help with his capers?
  11. I came up with a basic outline for a villain to use in Champions if i ever get it. The basic idea is a villain who is obsessed with flight and aviation . His obsession is staved at first by stealing airplanes, but, as time goes by he becomes so obsessed with flying that he gene-splices himself and effectively makes himself half-man half-bird. This obsession was started by his father who unfortunatley died after being tossed of a airplane. My villain, whose name is Icarus, wondered if his father's death could've been prevented if his father had the ability to fly a bird. So, he pretty much got more and more obsessed with flight as he pondered this idea and studied bird wings and made his own flight suits, which failed epically. He tried to get his pilot's liscense, but failed. That caused him to become so obsessed with flying that he decided he was gonna be a pilot with or without a liscense. So, he started to steal planes throughout Millienium City and once hhe was donge flying them, he would sell them to the highest bidder. My question is how would you make him threatening mechanics wise both in human form and in human-bird hybrid form?
  12. I came up with a antagonist for Champions. He is basically a guy who has a psychotic obsession with fairy tales that haunted his childhood, especially Grimm's fairytales, and not the edited versions. He turned into a villain after getting shot in the head by a bank robber in Millennium City and being plunged into a coma. During his coma, he was trapped in a nightmare world that was full of twisted versions of the fairy tales that haunted his whole childhood. When he finally woke up 3 years later, he kept on seeing image of his nightmares and heard a voice in his head reciting the fairy tales he heard during his childhood. Edward was unfortunately driven insane and ended up attacking and killing his nurse. Before he left however, he cut off her ponytail and wrote the name Rapunzel in blood. Edward had become a psychotic criminal nicknamed Lorekeeper, who bases his crimes off fairy tales. He uses gadgetry that is based off of fairy tale memorabilia like poison gas grenades shaped like apples, and a axe that cuts anything among others. What he doesn't know is that the voice reciting the stories to him is a entity from a different dimension using him for it's own ends. I need help detailing him mechanically, developing the entity that is secretly controlling him and making plothooks.
  13. I figure that the society would be especially opposed to magical heroes like Witchcraft. I am also wondering what to make their average like stats wise.
  14. They actually think that chaos is whatever oppose them. They plan on having no chaos whatsoever.
