Hi, long time member, very infrequent poster. I need a clarification on the rules that allow a character to have "another desert eagle" for 5 cp when the first cost 18cp as per the example of nightwind in the millennium city sourcebook pg 53. I've seen this a few times but I cannot find a rules reference for it in the 5e rule book. Any suggestion would be most welcome Cheers
