Nope.  Went through it pretty thoroughly.  I might have missed it but I doubt it.  I dug through several sites of archives write-ups but no turtles.  Hard to imagine *someone* didn't throw one together at some point...

Looking to run a quick intro to the game and I think the Turtles would be an excellent starting point.

If anyone knows anyone who has written them up (any ed. but 5th or 6th would be great), please let me know.

Wow.  It's been many, many years since I played Champs and I am stunned there is no online character creation tool.  Has anyone attempted one?  It seems like it would be relatively trivial.  Would Hero Games get mad if I made one?
