Hello everyone. It has been awhile since I have posted anything here, but I have been working on something inspired by hero system and the champions setting. Since it is not either, I felt it was best to be placed in this section of the forums.
I have been working on some interactive fiction. Using Choicescript I have been writing a choose-your-own superhero adventure. The core story is based on a Champions game that I have been running for over five years. It takes place in modern day right as superhumans are first gaining powers. Now to avoid copy right issues with Hero Games I have removed all of their characters and replaced them with my own. I do like to think this is an alternative universe somewhere in the Champions Multiverse. Hero System has inspired me for setting up a modular approach to defining superpowers for the main character. You are also able to choose story impacting flaws and fears.
I am not a professional writer. I have been doing it as a hobby for about two years now. This is still a work in progress. There are some scenes that I have not finished writing. This is just a demo of the story. It only goes from Chapter 1-9. I am close to updating it to add more chapters. I keep putting off putting this here, but I figured I should introduce it here for an audience that may want to read a super hero choose-your-own-adventure.
